Cascana was founded on a simple conviction: that the places people call home should be designed with the same care as the landmarks we visit once.
For more than two decades we have developed residences across Canada and the American South and Caribbean — boutique condominiums on Toronto's heritage avenues, waterfront villas on Biscayne Bay, oceanfront homes in Palm Beach, and ranch estates across the Texas hill country. We remain a privately held company, which lets us hold every project to the same measure: would we live here ourselves?

Founded in Toronto with a single infill estate project in Lawrence Park.
2011
Expanded into Florida with the firm's first waterfront acquisition in Coconut Grove.
2019
Entered the Texas hill country, opening the Austin studio.
